Matthew C. McGregor has been an associate with the firm since its inception and the law firm is proud to announce that he has recently been elevated to Partner. Matthew focuses his unique abilities on the firm’s matrimonial and family law practice. Matthew is currently responsible for managing the law firm’s active family law matters. Matthew has had experience in the field of family law since his days at the Family Law and Immigration Litigation Clinic of Washburn University School of Law. Matthew gained recognition as Junior Editor of the American Bar Association Family Law Quarterly, one of the most frequently cited family law journals in the country.
Since joining the firm, Matthew has simultaneously developed and demonstrated great aptitude in all of the firm’s family practice areas. Matthew currently serves as a volunteer panelist in the Bergen County Mandatory Early Settlement Panel program, providing recommendations to attorneys and litigants in divorce actions to help them achieve their settlement goals. He has made numerous appearances in family, civil, and tenancy Courts and has been appointed by Bergen County Assignment Judge Bonnie J. Mizdol to represent allegedly incapacitated individuals, in which he conducted an investigation and provided a comprehensive report to the Court.
Matthew brings to each matter a dedicated work ethic and an immeasurable tenacity to fight for the best interests of each client. Matthew approaches all matters proactively, methodically, and strategically. He frequently re-evaluates each matter to ensure that the client has a clear understanding and comfort level in relation to the progress of their case. Matthew takes great pride in his profound depth of preparation and knowledge in relation to each and every assignment. Matthew’s well-rounded approach to the practice of law makes him a valuable asset to the Rotolo, Bozanian & Yi, LLC team and an overall exceptional and compassionate advocate.
In his spare time, Matthew is an avid home chef, explores New York City, enjoys world travel, and ceramics.
